Whenever you have something like this anywhere on the body you need to get it medically checked - the principle is that anything that should not be present is best resolved within the shortest period of time as long-term presence can cause initially not particularly serious things to escalate.
You need to get an appointment with your Regular / Family Doctor / GP as soon as possible - this may initially be a phone or videolink consultation if you have a smartphone, you may need to be referred to a Urologist.
If you live in the UK you may be able to get an appointment at a GUM Clinic at a Local General Hospital - do an online search if you do not know where these are - " GUM Clinic near me " and suchlike …
Could you take a couple more close-up photos of the lesion, preferably in focus?
