Lump under tongue

I just noticed this lump under my tongue and Im freaking out a little bit. Does anyone know what it is? There is no pain

some of them go away on there own and are harmless its better to check with a doctor to be sure theres glands under the tongue and sometimes they can become blocked thus causing a cyst

its probably just a blocked salivary gland they go away on there on if it dosnt go away im the next few days or so id double check with a doctor

Infectious bump, it should go away after a few weeks.
