Hi there,
I’ve noticed some bumps/lumps at the back of my throat, as well as one side of my palatopharyngeal arch have a sort of ‘indent’ in it, which is white as the arch leads to the back of the throat. I also have further bumps and lumps toward the bottom of my throat heading towards the tongue. I have attached an image with relevant letter describing such things. I am super concerned and worries about this. I have had no symptoms, but on the off chance one day I had a look at a tooth that was bothering me and found this. Somebody please help me
