Lumps and bumps on my genitalia

Hi everyone,

I'm always reading other peoples posts to try and cure my own problems and never understand why i don't just register and post my own.

I'm a 21 year old male, and about 2 months ago I noticed some angry looking red bumps on my penis, particularly the head.

Since then, the bumps on the head have gone from the head but have grown in other places such as on the shaft (small pimple like lumps), around the base, on my testicles and most notably under my foreskin on the underside of my penis.

I don't like going to the doctors unless I absolutely have to and so try solving most my problems myself. I've gotten rid of some of these lumps myself just by pinching them in between my nails and sort of cutting them off and holding a tissue on them to stop the bleeding which works temporarily but a few weeks later they appear again, sometimes slightly bigger.

I can provide pictures if needs be, I would just like some help with the matter, please fire away with questions!

PS. Going to visit an actual doctor is a last resort. I work long 12 hour days, 5 days a week and would have to get time off (which i don't get paid for) in order to visit a GP (which I'm also not currently registered to one).

These sound like small sebaceus cysts often seen on male genitalia. If I had am image I could confirm but I dont think you should worry unduely.

He can Google for an example without showing us:-)

Good idea Derek. Why did'nt I think of that!

Hi Andrew. I would be happy to send a photo, do you have an e-mail I can send it to?

Cheers
