The photo is a little out of focus, but I think these are genital warts. When was the last time you had sex? Incubation period for HPV is variable but can be several weeks to months. Your doctor should be able to prescribe something for you to self-apply (imiquimod or podophyllotoxin); try to get screened for other STDs when convenient.
