so i had an ear infection and my left neck was swollen for a few weeks, i was on anti biotics for a week which helped the ear and my lymph node on my left side has gone down even though my left neck is still abir swollen. ive now developed these bumps on the back of my tounge which has made it difficult to swallow as they are pressing against the roof of my mouth. it also hurts when i drink. ! someone please help because im scared its something serious and i dont know if to ring the doctors or not
