I’ve got these awful lumps in my vagina are these normal ? Will add pictures I’ve had this for a while now also have lumps around the opening

second is outside
third it just inside
it’s that bad you can’t even see my opening

you will see I have extra skin? due to having surgery down there when I was a baby

bottom looks like bartholin glands.

hello, i believe this is normal, especially after having a baby. I recommend you get examined by a doctor to have a definite answer.
