Some pimple type bumps or blisters occurs at my foreskin. It is non Itchy and some time white discharge pop out if blister pressed hard and I never had sex.
Please help me identify what is this .
Is it just ingrown hair?

Hi they look like fordyce spots very Common and normal to have 
thnx but when i try to pinch/press hard some white pus type thing comes out. Is this normal?
Yeah they are sebaceous glands so there would be some oils and sebum secretions you shouldn’t really pop them. if they concern you speak with your GP and have a check up just to be sure if only for peace of mind.
