Been having two lumps inside the walls of the penis urethra just at the tip for 1 week. They are colored the same as the head with little red dots I suppose from the capillaries being swollen. I am not sure what exactly are they I've been looking online and no lumps had this description. Don't think it's something bad like STD or tumours because they appeared quick and also I haven't had any sexual intercourse for about 4 months. I'm just looking to see if anyone knows what it is and what treatment I can do as it's pretty annoying having them. Also they are a bit painful but mostly on touch don't really feel anything while urinating.
