Last night my throat way really itchy and i woke up this morning with really sore throat. It's painful to swallow. I looked in the mirror and noticed these lumps on the back of my throat. I engaged in oral sex last week, and am really paranoid.
I have same symptoms sore throat and white tongue.I couldn’t able to find out problem .you do blood test for hiv and stds
