i had sex with a girl five days ago and i suddenly have these lumps on penis, slight swelling. please could you guys advice me what to doimage

  1. Are the red spots painful or itchy?
  2. Is there a strong (fishy) odour associated with it?
  3. Does your partner have any vaginal symptoms? If so, what are her symptoms?

It’s likely to be thrush (candidal) infection. Try getting some Canesten (clotrimazole) cream from your local drugstore or pharmacist and apply it twice a day to the affected area, for a week.
