hi so i've had tomes where the lips of my vagina get hard and swollen before but they go away after a while. ive had other times where i get like a pimple on my vagina i think where i guess pus comes out like a pimple. right now i have this weird bump or lump. i'm a virgin so i dont think its an STD. should i be worried? can someone tell me what this is?

Looks like it could be a pimple or ingrown hair. I agree that it doesn’t look serious but visit your doctor!
