yesterday i noticed one small lesion / ulcer on my labia. could have been caused by irritation.i am a personal trainer and wear leggings all day. sometimes they get sweaty and things get irritated. then today my vagina felt achy, so i looked down there and saw what looks like a bunch of lumps. any idea what is going on? the first photo is the small lesion. vagina looks normal from that angle, but when i open it the second photo is what i see. could the ulcer be syphillis? would a swollen vagina accompany that or do i have two problems?

How long have you had them? They do look like herpes ulcers but most of the time it’s multiple ulcers. Were you wearing a thong when these appeared?
the first one appeared last friday. i have since developed two more in different locations. i was just wearing leggings, no underwear
Hi, have you had sex with a new partner recently before the lesions appeared ? what are your current symptoms they accompany them? Are you leggings have any hard seems that ride up and irritate you in that spot ?
Any abnormal discharge, smell or pain? It does it?
