Lumps - terrified

Hello

I posted earlier today as I was just diagnosed with LS yesterday. I’m 34, and today went to put on the steroid cream. In doing so I found a few small but very painful, fairly round lumps just inside my vagina. Is this a fairly common symptom? I’m obviously freaking out in case it’s the ‘C’ word. I’ve felt uncomfy where the lumps are since prodding them nearly 3 hours ago.

I’m worried about how long they’ve been there, and they almost prevent me seeing into my vagina! I’m so scared!

Please can someone reassure me until I get an appointment on Monday?

Thanks in advance

Hi Bonnie, for reassurance pop along to your local A&E and explain what is going on.... im sure they will see you and hopefully put your mind at ease. You are only going to keep worrying and imagining the worst, no one can advise you as to what to do as we are not doctors, please update us, and pop along asap and take someone with you.

Sending big hugs xx

Hi Bonne, I just saw this and answered you in your other post.  Are the bumps on the outside of the Vjay?  Inside of your Vjay means that they are on the inside of your labia minora.

I have had lumps fairly often over the years. They come and go. Far less trouble since I use steroid.   Some of them are painful.

Hi bonnie - I agree with Tybear, go to your A&E because the worry will stress you and that's not good. I have a lump on my vulva which I am not happy about but my doctor and gynae have dismissed it as a cyst, so take heart - LS does all sorts of horrible things.

Thank you all. I’m going to go to my doctors tomorrow as I have no faith in my local a and e. They even have a specialist gynae a and e department which I have been three times in the last 6 weeks about different things, 2 of which I now suspect were LS related but not once did they spot the LS! I’ve been prodding them this morning and some seem more like bumps, they seem to squish into the skin when I push on them, so I’m hoping that as they aren’t rock hard it isn’t something awful :-/

I had small lumps, one burst and produced blood.  That's how I got diagnosed with LS.

That's exactly what I had, blood and pus, unfortunately..LS can do some strange things.
