Hello, I was hoping to get some views as to what my issue could possibly be. I’ve had a bb sized lump on my penis shaft under the skin for between 10-15 years but recently it has elongated. It is soft and movable under the skin when flaccid and seems to swell slightly (becoming more raised) as the day goes on, though not significantly. They do not hurt to touch. When I am erect it feels like a cluster of hard lumps. My long term partner says it feels like gristle. It is attached to the muscle underneath rather than being a skin issue but I am a little bit concerned in the shape change. I am going to the GP next week but wondered if anyone has dealt with anything similar before? Thanks in advance!
