Hey Guys ive had a persistent tickle in my throat over the last two weeks and having panic attacks that its cancer I’m 20 years old casual smoker whos just quit. Would really appreciate if anyone could

You're too young for those cancers ,
Tickle of the throat can come for trivial reasons easy to fix , it could be seasonal light allergies or sensitivity to molds.
Why don't you investigate what changed in the last 2 weeks ,where have you been ,maybe you have been breathing something that irritates you ,.
Panic attacks are not worth for this nuisance , calm down and realize this is not dangerous .
