So this bump started off just looking like a little ingrown hair at first so I popped it and solid white pus came out but no signs of a hair showed. it didn’t show up for a while and then when it did, it came back red and bigger. The last time I had unprotected sex with someone I did not know for sure was clean was probably around November so I’m a little less concerned about it being an std but i’d like to see an opinion to make sure. i’ve been looking at std related bumps and things but none of them look like this. The thing i found most similar is a lymphocele. The bump is moveable and painless. It’s a firm bump and does not feel like a blister.

This is a sebaceous cyst; it’s red because it’s inflamed/infected. You probably won’t need antibiotics for it but apply antiseptic cream and wash the area with medicated soap. Don’t try cutting/squeezing/DIY surgery on it as it will only worsen the situation.
Once it settles down, you should see your doctor to review the situation. If it’s still lumpy and annoying you, then you’ll need to have it excised under local.

It sort of popped in the shower on its own and the liquid was white. Not any sign of an std right? I plan on seeing a doctor soon

You will have to decide for yourself if (and when) it’s appropriate to get screened for STDs.
The usual reasons include:
a. Having genital symptoms like penile discharge, genital ulcers, lumps and bumps that could be warts
b. Your partner having an STD or genital symptoms
c. Multiple partners in a short (<3 months) time frame; concurrent relationships
d. Unprotected sex with multiple new partners
e. Buying or selling sex
f. Sex abroad with casual partner/s
g. Sex with other men or trans
