Lymphoma? Is my mind tricking me?

I have not been well the last month in a half.. been having tingly body and hand weakness. I became very depressed over this issue and have had terrible anxiety so I got put on antidepressants. Every day something is wrong. My neck hurts, I have a pain under my armpit... I fear so bad that my life is over and I have lymphoma cancer. I had the doctor press on my lymph nodes and she said I was fine. Today I am crying because of my neck pain on one side with my tonsil hurting on that side as well.. it comes and goes. I am terrified to even take a CBC test.. just thinking about the outcome is making me so depressed. Is my mind playing tricks on me or should I be worried? :’(

Last June I had a shingles outbreak, and freaked out that some cancer was the culprit to this. Two months before the outbreak, I was taking antidepressants, though from what remember, it seems, it stopped working since I got chills, got aggressive towards my mother, had heart palpitations, and anxiety attacks.

Right now, I'm going through antidepressant withdrawals, and the symptoms mimic what you've just mentioned, and also had them before taking my antidepressant. She pressed my lymph nodes since I felt pressure on my neck and chin. Nothing. My primary ordered a full CBC with Diff, to see if something organic triggered my shingles and the symptoms I'm having. guess what...normal...pristine to her actually. So, stress was the culprit for the shingles, and the symptoms I'm having at the moment.

So, I'd say just have the courage to see your primary and have them do the tests, and if everything comes good, then you know your mind is playing games with you.
