I am very tired I have severe diarrhea I have a headache and indigestion what could be wrong

You dont give much to go on.....how long have you had these symptoms? Do you have a temperature?.
What have you eaten? Do you feel sick? Anything else that may help toward what may be the problem?
you may have gastro enteritis you need meds for this. So get some help.
Sounds like it is maybe a virus, a lot going about, if still the same at the end of the week then go and see doctor, just make sure you drink plenty of fluids. Good luck
