I'm on 50 my 3 times a day

With an anti depressant

It has worked tremendously

Almost immediately

To stop chronic frighteningly

Unbearable physical symptoms of fear

And anxiety

Which seem to have come over me

Overnigtt I think from months years of depression and awful events

Such a relief

Will hope to come off then as I recover

I've just been prescribed lyrica because I developed pyscial pain and they think it might be anxiety or something else, it's used for treating fibromyalgia ect so their is a painkiller sort of thing in the drug, did you have pain ?

I didn't have physical pain

But an unbearable fear

That can only be described

As feeling "posessed"

A therapist

Told me it is not a posession

But a pysical reaction

Brought on by

An emotional trauma

I think it was chemical

And can only say it didn't let up

And I would break down

And I had to get medical

Help

Doctor won't give disapham

As it's too addictive

I can only tell you my experience
