HI IM NEW to the group,and only just discoverd i suffer from gout,, however i accidentally stumbled on a cure pardon the pun lol,my partner made me an egg sandwich the other day ,i was in terrible pain with this gout ,she accidentally put brown sauce on it ,somthing i never had for years, within 2 hours my gout had subsided completely ??? it came back 3 weeks later ,i repeated what i did last time with the brown sauce ,hey presto it worked its majic again ,i felt i must share this information with you all

My ankle was seizing up at work yesterday (unusual to have an attack in the nmiddle of the day) and was getting real;ly painful. 3 Diclofenac later and today I'm fine. This Diclo seems to work as well as brown sauce! Its possibly the vinegar in the sauce helping mind...
What anice person you are. So there must be somethign in brown sauce that helps. Will have to read the ingredients and work it out - as hate brown sauce. When I got gout I took bicarbonate of soda and it went away.
