Magnesium

Had anyone tried Magnesium for anxiety? If so I'd like to hear your experience. Thanks

Magnesium and vitamin D combined is very good if you are low on them

Hi Keri, I am a huge advocate for taking magnesium for anxiety and have done for years. I used to take them at night as they make me sleepy, am very sensitive to all types of meds and notice the effect quite quickly. Have started taking them again to help me with withdrawing from Citalopram. One in the morning and one at night. If you are on any medication check for interractions before you take them.

Yes it’s good If magnesium is very low.
Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological function that result in all sorts of problems. Some phobias such as agoraphobia have developed as a result of low magnesium levels. Ask your doctor for a recommendation. if you are taking other prescription medications.
