Many years ago I purchased one but it was very inexpensive and don't know if it helped or not...that was a long time ago.....I've heard from people who swear by them, but I think a quality investment would be best to try.... I'm running out of funds since I've tried so much and gotta eat and believe I'll live more years and no one else supports me.....So....... J
I think that there's now pretty good evidence that this sort of thing is all just a load of rubbish. Save your money imo.

Not sure. I have a magnetic back support and magnetic wrist bands that make a difference whilst wearing them, but not after I've taken them off. Therefore not sure if the mat might work, but only when laying on it?
I had a back support with magnets and I don't think it did anything, BUT I believe one needs to "think" about a higher quality product....do more research....there may even be a support group for magnet therapy.....there seems to be a support for everything else. I found a group that talks about ibuprofen use....
