I have attached images below of my condition. I have no insurance but the appearance of my penis is causing me anxiety and depression every night. It’s making me suicidal. I want to see a doctor but it’s hundreds of dollars to be seen… I can’t find anything online about this. It’s pretty unique to me. I masturbated too hard years ago and got a friction burn on my meatus which has gotten worst over the years. Is there any treatment options to make it look normal again? This really makes me depressed and I don’t want to live with it.

There is pain sometimes because of the skin flap leaves the interior of the hole more exposed. It’s a scar that is elevated and wrinkled. Is there any cosmetic treatment that can be done?
