Hi, I couldn't get a clear picture as it's awkward to take a picture in this position but does anyone know what this rash is? And if so, how is it caused and what's the best treatment? It's in my inner thigh and just above that area too.

If it doesnt itch its unlikely to be a fungal infection. Does anyone in your family suffer from psoriasis? or eczema? It may be a reaction to your underwear, especially the elastic/lycra in them. Try a 1% hydrocortisone ointment,which you can buy, to calm the rash down but dont use for more than 10 days. If it has calmed down,then stop the hydro and use a bland skin cream. If the hydro doesnt calm it or makes it worse then its time to see your doctor.
Try wearing 100% cotton pants to see if that helps,and make sure they are washed at 60 degrees minimum,rinsing well. Dont wear pants at night.
