what could this be? it's been there for a couple of days. I exercise alot.

Do you shave your sack? I, don’t know, but perhaps inflamed/infected hair follicles? A friend shaved his sack and ended up with a lot of problems with bumps and etc. Dermatologist had to open them up and free ingrown hairs.
