Many worrying symptoms but no help from doctor

I've posted a discussion before and since then I've had no help or consideration from my doctor - despite being back and forth from hospital (urgent care).

I'll get to the point and list my ongoing symptoms and time length I've had them.

Pulsatile tinnitus (2 months now)

Vision changes (started 4 months ago - have been getting worse, I now need glasses - very sudden detoriation of vision I might add)

Ongoing headaches (on and off for the past month - migraine was so bad at one point I couldn't see or move)

Lethargic (on and off for past two months)

Excessive sweating (past month)

High resting heart rate (I had it checked at hopsital - it 110 - 120 resting)

Tightness of chest and pains on left side (the past few days ongoing)

Temperature of 102°F (comes and goes without me realising, the hospital picked up on this)

I have mentioned EVERY symptom to my doctor and have been told to it'll 'go away'. I was at the hospital for mental health reasons - so despite them finding these irregularities with my heart and temperature, they weren't pursued and I was sent home.

I'm at my wits end. I have tried my very best to try and fight through it, but honestly I feel like I'm wasting away and no-one is willing to help me. I've contacted the hospital multiple times asking for help and have been ignored, I don't know what to do. I can't function whilst feeling this ill and I have no idea what's causing SO MANY symptoms has anyone experienced this ? Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong ? Or do you know of some way to get serious help ?

With your eyes and headache you could have glaucoma, with the fatigue your iron levels could be low and that can effect your heart.

I would keep on and on at your doctor till he/her is annoyed the will have to do something! I'm so sorry your doctor sounds awful!

I would insist that you be seen by an infectious disease doctor. Your symptoms could be caused by a variety of things such as bacterial or viral pathogens. By chance, were you recently bitten by a tick? Interestingly if you Google all of your symtoms what comes up is meningoencephalitis. This can be caused by many things including tick bites and herpes virus. Your loss of vision and the bad headaces are nothing to fool around with so best you get proper testing ASAP. Good luck!

I can't say that I know specifically what could be the cause of your symptoms but what you are going through should be addressed in a more caring fashion.Sometimes it takes finding just the right Dr. to help see you through. It's just not always that easy to find them. Take Care & all the best to you.
