Mark on my arm for 6 weeks, could it be cancer? Don’t know what is going on

[](https://) Hi, I've had the above mark on my arm for 7 weeks. It has only gotten worse since week 4. It is itchy and bumpy and quite painful to touch. A GP seen it 4 weeks ago and told me to come back if it gets worse. Does it look serious? should i go back ASAP? Seriously worried. Thanks in advance, Ryan

the only way to answer this is to ask for a referral to a specialist. Skin cancer is easily diagnosed if you see a specialist . Drs don’t always spot them unless that’s their specialty …

Go to a skin Doctor, with a skin canser, if it itches change in color or getting bigger needs to be checked as soon as possible.
