Im twenty now but noticed it when i was about 14-15 ive had this mark on vagina for a couple of years, its the same colour and its completly flat and all the same colour, its never sore or itchy, just wondering if anyone knows what it is. Maybe how to get rid of it

ive been on medication for years could it be pigmentation from the medication?
