ever since I can remember as a kid I have had these two nearly identical marks on the head of my penis. They've never given me physical problems or pain. Sometimes the skin will get dry and flaky (picture 1), but even if I peel it (picture 2), the marks are still there and red and the dry skin will come back in the next couple days or weeks. I have never had sex. What is this and what can I do, or what doctor can I see? Was it a problem with circumcision? And how do I bring it up? I've always been too embarrassed to even ask anyone about it.
It may have been that during your infant circumcision that they tried to remove your foreskin and it left skin from your foreskin on your glans- as a result it left some pretty gnarly looking skin.
Go to a urologist and have him check you out and see what he can do
