i have had these marks for as long as I remember around 7 years I can remember back . They cause me no problems they do not smell hurt or cause me discomfort . They are smooth like the rest off the head. It just seems that’s they are 2 red circles . Anyone shine a light on what they could be or anything.
Probably just variation of skin pigmentation.
