my year old grandaughter has spots on body and genitals, runny nose and bit lathergic. I asked daughter in law if she changed anything. She changed her brand of nappies and now has rash all over body and on genitalia plus runny nose? Any one had similar ??
Does she have a fever along with the rash? By any chance does the rash have little blisters? If so chicken pox comes to mind. Usually a runny nose does accompany chicken pox but I admit; it's been a few years since my kids have had them. If not sounds like measles. It's hard without seeing the rash...
If it is chicken pox put her in a nice warm bath; it helps them to come out more.
