Hi, For the past week my meatus and glans have become incredibly sensitive to the point of being painful. There is no acute pain when I urinate, but the feeling does seem to come from the meatus. I get a burning sensation in my glans if I don't spend a ton of time making sure every drop of urine is gone after I pee. My doc prescribed antibiotics for a possible UTI. I have been on them for four days and symptoms do not seem to be alleviating. I have a follow up with my doctor once I'm done the antibiotics tomorrow, but I wanted to see if anyone could see any visual problems with my meatus, I am not sure what it is supposed to look like.

While the photo is not clear it would suggest there is nothing of concern.
I would suggest you may want to see an alternative medical professional - THE specialist to see would be a Urologist, if you can access one of the main GU Medicine Services in your area you may either be able to see a urologist at the time, or be referred directly to one.
If you live in the UK most GU services are GUM Clinics or Sexual Health Services based at a General Hospital, I would suggest you try the major one for your area
