hi, I have this fluttering/pulsing feeling. i cant quite tell if its the head of the penis(meatus) or tip of the foreskin. It only seems to happen when i sit down and maybe have for roughly 5 seconds at a time. very weird. what could this be?

What age are you Stuart? Things like this can be related to your state of general health, if not age related, or perhaps you are overweight - obviously a combination of different factors can be involved including if you are under a great deal of stress. Also, frequent masturbation may not be helping if you do that … ?
