Hi All New to this site. Thank you for your time. I have medical aid from Jan so am hoping to hold out till then. If you see the pic, can anyone guess what it is? If you think I should go to Dr sooner?

Can you detail why you think this is an issue? Is it causing a real concern? A particular problem? Are you sure it was not there previously, or you just checked recently and noticed it for the first time?

Ive just noticed it for the first time.
Havent seen anything like that on any other pic or diagrams
Its like an extra little arrow shape skin so though it may be a problem or concern.
Doesn’t effect me at all though.

The most likely explanation is that it is just a variation in the way your penis has developed. If this had been deliberately caused you would certainly know about it - very unlikely that it is a condition of any kind.
If it is not causing you an issue of any kind I would simply keep a eye on it 2 or 3 times a year …

It was chlamydia, bacterial STI / STD

Took the antibiotics and all was sorted.

Which test has detected for chlamydia? I have tested almost all common stds, results are -ve but having this problem.
