so idk what is wrong or if there is anything wrong at all, but for as long as i can remember my meatus has been looking like this, and i do not know if that is normal, i have never had sex before so i doubt its an sti, and it doesn't hurt or feel irritated unless if the fabric from my boxers are constantly rubbing against it... if there is anymore information needed, just ask me, but any post will help thank you.

Hi William! The photo of your penis doesn't indicate anything which isn't normal. It's basically what it should look like. The size and shape of the meatus varies a lot from person to person. Yours seem absolutely fine and it's usual that it seem a little swollen without being so. There's no need to worry. :-)
