Hi, the area around my meatus is swollen like lips. This happened after I pulled a tiny hair out, and worsened after I masturbated. Most of the time it feels like there is something in there. There is a sharp pain at the tip, where it is swollen when urinating. Cortisone cream has no effect and I've got no STDs... HELP appreciated ;(
You likely have an infection of some kind in there, the problem with using topical treatments in the area is they can infect the meatus itself and the urethra also, it is possible you have a urine infection too, so a trip to the doctor is required to get the right form of medication …
You could very well have nothing, or it could be something. Many people with these symptoms also test clear of STDs.
