Sounds like it might be my problem following arthroscopy or maybe before - perhaps that was the problem all along.
I've heard it mentioned on here before Marie, and just looked it up to understand it more - it sounds painful but surgery should have sorted it out, shouldn't it?
I have been told that I have Plica Syndrome of my right knee. Was told it's a ligament band that circles the kneecap. Mine is worn out. They gave me a steroid injection and exercises to perform at home. Nothing is helping and from what I read surgery does not help much either. It's very painful on top of me having multiple failed back surgeries I'm pretty much bed/chair bound. Really tired of not being able to get help.
