Medication Advice Please?

Hi

After seeing a wonderful GP friday she has given me 20mg Citalopram 1 a day and Zopiclone Sleeping tablets for me to sleep at night.

Any advice with these medications please?

Hi, I've never used Citalopram but I've been using Zopiclone for nearly a year now. I've never experienced any bad side effects from it, other than a constant fould bitter taste, which seems to be very comon with this med. However its worth it to me, as without them I only get around 2hrs sleep a night, making life pretty much impossible. Good luck.

zopiclone is addictive so you should not be on it for a long time and citalopram has bad side effects initially then settles down.

thanks for that, its only day 3 of meds so far we will have to see how it goes.
