Well me doctor gave me some beta blockers and something else to help stop my aniexty just wanting to know if anyone else uses meds to help and if it works xxx

Hi,

I personally don't take meds,but I am sure there will be others onhere that do and find them very good.I cannot I seem to have bad reactions to them all but we are all different so I would say try,and if you really have trouble go back to GP.Try not go on to Dr Google because all the side effects on there will tell you but not everybody gets them,and as you probably know they can take a while to kick in.Let us know how it goes.
