I just noticed there is actually lots of moles. Just not sure whether they are really moles or Melanoma. Hope somebody can help. On scrotum surface and penile shaft.
I think you need to see a Dermatologist to confirm what these actually are as you do not want to take any risks - see a primary care Doctor / GP if you cannot directly see a Dermatologist …
