Usually when my ear fills full I had too much salt intake and Vertigo is around the corner. So I hope this isn’t true with you

Hi...I have found the fullness in my ears especially when laying down.

When sleeping on my side, the one side on the pillow fills up and when I change sides, the fullness switches to the other side.  I find it better when I am upright as it seems much better.  Maybe it drains when head is up?
