Menieres & PIP

Hello, I've just been turned down for PIP, for my Menieres, so now in the process of going through tribunal. Not sure what the DWP are looking for, any advice, would be greatly received.

I do work, but unfortunately my severe vertigo makes it impossible to get to work. I am constantly anxious, and very worried about my job, as I am having meetings upon meetings with HR and my Manager

If you're in the US, do you have an intermittent Family Medical Leave(FML)? If you have been with your employer for at least a year, you should be entitled to this job protection for when you are having vertigo and need to call out.

I leave in the UK, not sure what FML is - do you know what the UK equivalent is?
