Hi there i have recently been diagnosed with meniers .. not suffering from tinnitus.Is it possible that i wont have that side of things.
sure it’s possible. unlikely, but anything can happen. not even tinnitus when you have an episode?

No i have a total build up in my ear and then go to complete jelly vomit quite bad but i have no tinnitus.My attacks come on fairly slowly so i do have some sence of warning that is why i can still drive its never happened suddenly…But no ive never had tinnitus. Ive put myself onto a low salt diet and am taking vitamins that are supposed to be very good for md so hopefully i can nip it in the bud fairly quickly im aslo having acupuncture…Ive only had one session but im convinced it has done me some good so will be having a session once a week for now

i know this meneirs is one on its own…id never even heard of it before…do you suffer bad with it…its nice to speak to people who have as no one i know has even heard of it
