Menopause and Exhaustion

Hi everyone, I am menopausal for more than 2 years now. I have been experiencing exhaustion for about 2 weeks now. I also have been putting on weight around my stomach area also. Has anyone been experiencing the same issues also?

I still have my periods and have bouts of exhaustion. I take more naps, get to bed earlier and try to stick around the house more. I also drink more water, eat healthy and double up on a few vitamins. And also hope it passes quickly!

Constantly fatigued. Also spreading around the middle but that’s due to the sugar craving. Wake up with a really dry mouth too!

A good menopausal supplement, preferably natural herbal, and then Vitamin C and Magnesium helped me.
And eat as raw natural as possible..and take walks, and get sunshine.
