Yes and more yes! I am one of those people who set on the floor all the time to work on projects. I get up like an elderly lady. My knees are shot. I did read it’s just another symptom. Estrogen lubricates our knee joints.
I slather on more arthritis cream now than when I use to dance in my teens and twenties.
