Hi I've been on the patches for 4 days and got really bad tummy cramps especially on my left side is this normal?don rt feel any different at the moment hoping there going to work soon x
Hi not sure if it’s normal but it proberly is I only started mine today just hope they make us feel better soon read a lot of good comments on the patches tho didn’t want to really take them bit ill give them a go they can t make us feel any worse so fingers crossed x
I have been on and of the patches for 3 years. They can take a few weeks to fully kick in however when they do you won’t know yourself. They are a god send. In regards to the cramps, I have never experienced pain so if it persists I suggest you see your doctor

Hi was you getting alot of symptoms of the menopause. Hot flushes ect.. I wasn’t going to goon these but totally had enough. Can you drink on these too as I’m off out at the weekend?just want to feel normal again…
