Thank you. I think everyone will find this useful.
I am wondering why I'm not getting all the posts to the menopause/perimenopause forum as I used to. I do post to it myself. I thought that hardly anyone was posting anymore, but I can see from the discussions here that lots of people are. All the posts and replies normally appear in my own email. Can this be rectified please, as I do find the forum very supportive.
Hi Emis,
Can you show how to deactived my account? Thanks,
It sure is very useful, thank-you so much
Emis Moderator can you please tell me if premenopause and menopausal symptoms include itching all over the body to where I am bruising myself and also if very heavy mentstral periods are a part of this. I am also getting goose bumps but not feeling cold. wil diabetes intensify these symptoms especially the itching? I have been in and out PCP, dermatologist, podiatrist and they say it's either allergies, dust mites, dermatitis or diabetes. Nobody has told me it is menopause. How does a doctor test for this? A blood test?
Hello TDT. I hope you don't mind me responding to your post. You asked about a blood test to determine if you are menopausal. If you are in the UK the updated NICE Guidelines state doctors shouldn't perform a blood test but to be guided by a woman's symptoms.
Thank you for sharing this list!
Hello There, Emis....
Thank you soooooo... very much for this forum; it is a Godsend!
While the Rice Purity Test may be a lighthearted and fun activity, it's essential to shift our focus to more meaningful topics, such as menopause resources. Menopause is a significant phase in a woman's life, and accessing reliable information is crucial. There are numerous online platforms, healthcare providers, and support groups dedicated to providing valuable resources about menopause.
Websites like the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and health organizations offer comprehensive information, addressing physical and emotional changes. Let's encourage discussions on these vital resources that contribute to a better understanding and support for women navigating through the complexities of menopause.
