Hi ladies I'm 51 and in menopause is anyone experiencing a rush from the pit of your stomach, hot feeling at first then forehead goes cold So weird and so over it Thanks.
i have that i have parts of my body where it feels like someone is holding an ice cube on it. the rush in my tummy. the falling feeling. im so sick i feel like i drank tooo much coffee with the flu. i cant ever get very much sleep cux it just keeps happening. im tired im tired of it. good luck but know ur not alone
