I have noticed recently that I am sweating a lot under my arms and sometimes starting to smell. which is awful! I think it happens when I gave a hot flush, but only just noticed it showing as visable damp patches on my tops. (cant wear my favourite pale maeve top). i have started a new job and am very conscious of it. As a veggie its hard to find ethical antiperspirants that really work. using triple dry at night, and just swopped to superdrug sensitive in the morning. any suggestions anyone. i dont want to live my life in black with arms jammed down by my sides!
I sweat at night it is horrid . so far I have not noticed my clothing getting wet during the day. But sometimes my body feels damp. I use antibacterial soap to wash my underarms it helps to prevent bacteria from growing in those areas . I also have noticed I have had to switch to a stronger antiperspirant . After reading your question I thought of tea tree oil . it has anti micrombial properties that can prevent the growth of bacteria . Have you thought of making your own deodorant naturally? I would suggest looking up one using tea tree oil or add it to what you already use, it might work for you. make sure you dilute it with an appropriate mixing oil called a carrier oil so it won’t be too strong. There are clothes that wick moisture away usually used during exercise but it might could help if you wear it underneath and dress light . Good luck to you. These are the things I would try myself.
